1. Visit the Official Portal of Telangana Property Registration

2. Create an Account

If you are a new user, you need to create an account on the portal. Click on the 'Register' button and fill in your details such as name, email address, and mobile number. Create a username and password for your account. If you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials.

3. Fill in Property Details

Once logged in, navigate to the 'Property Registration' section. Here, you will need to fill in details about the property, including the property's address, type, and market value. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid any discrepancies later in the process.

4. Calculate Stamp Duty and Registration Fees
